PACS and medical imaging veteran Ron Gesell has joined monitor firm Video Display Corporation of Tucker, GA, as marketing vice president for healthcare markets. Gesell most recently served as product manager for medical imaging for Imnet Systems (now McKessonHBOC). He comes to a company that is ramping up its involvement in the medical imaging marketplace, and includes Aydin Displays and the MegaScan OEM display business (acquired from Access Radiology in February) in its healthcare portfolio.
