Advanced Research Technologies, a developer of diagnostic laser and thermal imaging technologies, has recruited Serge Huot to replace Paul Bisson as president and CEO, effective Oct. 18, the date set for ART’s annual and special meeting of shareholders. In the interim, Huot will serve as chief operating officer of ART, working closely with Bisson to ensure a smooth transition. Huot has held different executive positions with various companies, including GE Medical Systems.
