Teleradiology services provider Inphact Radiology Services and Management has purchased Bedford, TX-based Novus Medical, a provider of contract radiology and teleradiology services. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The move represents Inphact's first venture into the Southwest and gives the company access to contracts with six radiologists, three facilities, and three managed-care organizations in the state. Catherine Dawson, COO and founder of Novus, will stay on at Nashville, TN-based Inphact as director of business development for the Southwest region.
