Inphact snags contract to supply PACS to the VHA

Inphact, a provider of Internet-based radiology services, has signed an agreement with the VHA alliance to provide PACS products and services to its more than 2000 member hospitals. Through the contract, VHA members can purchase the PACS services they require on a per-procedure basis from Inphact via an ASP model. These services will include the Image Safe off-site digital image archiving service; RadWeb, an online image delivery system; and IRIX, a fully integrated radiology information system.
