acquisition of Open MRI of Hayward, CA. The deal gives InSight
rights to the imaging center's trademark for the term "open
MRI," and InSight intends to form a new imaging services
subsidiary dedicated to the technology (SCAN 9/11/96). Open MRI
of Hayward generates about $2 million in revenues.
