A wholly owned subsidiary of imaging services provider InSight Health has purchased the majority of assets of a mobile imaging business owned by CDL Medical Technologies, based in Wexford, PA. The assets include 14 MR units, four PET scanners, three CTs, and one lithotripsy unit, all of which operate in various mid-Atlantic cities. Integration of CDL assets into the InSight network will provide enhanced services in markets already served by InSight, as well as opportunities to enter new geographic areas, according to the company.
