Investment exec joins AIT

Advanced Imaging Technologies has a new board member, D. Theodore Berghorst, cofounder of Vector Securities, an investment and merchant banking firm. The company focuses on providing investment banking services exclusively to companies in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Berghorst has served as Vector's chairman and CEO since November 2001 and brings more than 30 years of investment banking experience to AIT's board.
