LanVision, eSmartHealth team on Web-based EMR services

LanVision Systems has signed an agreement with application service provider eSmartHealth whereby eSmartHealth will market LanVision’s MicroVision electronic medical record product in conjunction with its eSmart document management and viewing services. eSmartHealth and its affiliate, Smart Corporation, will sell the product initially to a network of more than 5600 hospitals and clinics throughout the U.S. Through this agreement with eSmartHealth, Mason, OH-based LanVision is targeting the small- to mid-sized provider market by providing a lower-cost, entry-level EMR product.
