The company, Mitra Corp., is based in Hartland, WI, near such prominent cardiology-oriented firms as GE Medical Systems, Camtronics Medical Systems, and Marquette Medical Systems.
The new firm will adapt Mitra's PACS Broker product from the radiology to the cardiology environment. PACS Broker allows imaging equipment from different manufacturers to work together, and connects the radiology department to the rest of the healthcare enterprise.
