Surya Mohapatra has resigned from his post as head of Picker International's MRI division, according to the company. Mohapatra left Cleveland-based Picker in January for a COO position at an undisclosed public firm, according to Picker executives. He has been replaced by Robert Gylling, who will serve as the division's vice president and general manager. Gylling has been managing director of Picker's Nordstar division in Dantaa, Finland, since 1993. Picker's MRI unit employs approximately 400 people worldwide.
