Canadian software developer Cedara has been notified by Nasdaq that the company does not comply with basic criteria to maintain its listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap stock exchange. Stock price and stockholder equity have dropped below minimums, according to the company. Cedara plans to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to review the determination and to discuss potential actions to achieve compliance.
