CPS Innovations, a unit of CTI Molecular Imaging and manufacturer of PET equipment, has installed its 25th 16-slice PET/CT imager, bringing the total installed base of all PET and PET/CT systems manufactured by CPS to more than 700 units worldwide. The company's PET/CT was released about a year ago at the 2002 RSNA meeting. CPS has delivered more 16-slice PET/CTs than all other manufactures combined, according to the company.
