Polaroid sets up distribution in China

Polaroid Medical Imaging Systems has put the finishing toucheson its strategy for entering China with an exclusive agreementwith U.S.-China Industrial Exchange, a U.S. distributor of medicalequipment in China.

USCIE, of Bethesda, MD, will handle marketing, sales and technicalsupport for PMIS products, including the Newton, MA, company'sHelios dry-processing laser printer. USCIE will initially targetHelios at China's installed base of 2000 CT scanners, the companysaid.
