Medical supplies distributor Physician Sales & Service and its subsidiary Diagnostic Imaging have completed their acquisition of radiology equipment distributor S&W X-Ray of Rochester, NY. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition of S&W, which posted revenues of $72 million for the 12-month period ending in March, positions Jacksonville, FL-based Diagnostic Imaging as one of the leading imaging distributors in the U.S., according to Patrick Kelly, chairman and CEO of PSS. Diagnostic Imaging will have a revenue run rate of approximately $340 million, he said.
