Image analysis firm Scanis has named Donald Kilinski director of sales and marketing, a newly created post. Kilinski is expected to head up the firm's first sales campaign, emphasizing in particular its Mammex mammography computer-aided diagnosis system, according to Scanis (SCAN 12/28/94). Scanis, formerly known as Stereometrix, expects to have a full product line available in both medical and industrial applications in 1998.
Kilinski comes to Scanis from a position as vice president of sales and marketing for Biomedical Monitoring Systems. He has also served with Nicolet Biomedical, EMI Medical, Picker International, and Life Imaging.
