Imation of Oakdale, MN, gained an additional distribution channel for its DryView line of dry laser printers through an agreement with the Swissray Information Solutions division of Swissray International. New York City-based Swissray has rights for one year to the Imation printers, which Swissray hopes will be a good complement to the company's digital x-ray systems.

In other Swissray news, the company this month reported that it sold two AddOn-Multi-System digital x-ray devices to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. On the financial side, Swissray stockholders on Oct. 1 approved a one-for-10 reverse stock split designed to bring the company into compliance with NASDAQ listing requirements. Swissray shares were trading at 19 a share at the time of the vote.
