Michael McLean has been named vice president of the ultrasound business unit at Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA. McLean fills a position that has been vacant since the departure of Phil Smith in 1995. McLean most recently was with Johnson & Johnson's clinical diagnostics division, and also worked 15 years for Beckman Instruments.
