The decision, announced Oct. 25, follows the company's signing six weeks earlier of a definitive agreement to sell its diagnostic imaging business to DVI Financial Services or its designee, an affiliate of PresGar Medical Imaging. The privately held company owns and operates diagnostic imaging centers in various locations across the U.S.
