The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida has approved the sale of U.S. Diagnostic's 21 imaging centers with substantially all of the rest of the company's operating assets. The decision, announced Oct. 25, follows the company's signing six weeks earlier of a definitive agreement to sell its diagnostic imaging business to DVI Financial Services or its designee, an affiliate of PresGar Medical Imaging. The privately held company owns and operates diagnostic imaging centers in various locations across the U.S.
