Agfa/Sterling rumors are untrue, Sterling says

A hot rumor on the PACS market grapevine over the last month had PACS giant Agfa of Ridgefield Park, NJ, merging with or purchasing digital radiography developer and PACS firm Sterling Diagnostic Imaging. That rumor is untrue, however, and Sterling and Agfa have no such plans, said Jayne Seebach, director of worldwide marketing communications for Greenville, SC-based Sterling.
