FDA clears Bennett’s Profile system

Trex Medical's Bennett division has received 510(k) clearancefor its Profile mammography unit, which was introduced at lastyear's Radiological Society of North America meeting as a compactmid-range system (SCAN 12/4/96).

In other Bennett news, the Copiague, NY, company announced thatit has hired Jeffrey Dillon as vice president of domestic salesand marketing. Dillon's resume includes stints as a regional salesmanager at Toshiba America Medical Systems and GE Medical Systems.
