Fuji Medical Systems USA veteran John Strauss will be leaving the company this month for a position as vice president of marketing at PACS firm Access Radiology of Lexington, MA. Strauss first day in the newly created position will be May 17.
Strauss has been with Stamford, CT-based Fuji for the past eight and a half years, and has developed a reputation as one of computed radiographys most knowledgeable proponents. In his position as director of marketing for imaging and information networks, he oversaw Fujis development of its Synapse PACS program, as well as the companys CR operations.
