Gamma Medica has agreed to exclusively license an enhancement package for Exxim's COBRA reconstruction code. Gamma Medica supplies the conebeam reconstruction code with its X-SPECT preclinical imaging system, which medical researchers and drug companies use to conduct in vivo imaging studies of molecular markers. The X-SPECT system combines the functional nuclear medicine SPECT technique with anatomical imaging provided by x-ray CT.
