Agfa HealthCare is showcasing its new DX-D line of digital radiography systems at ECR 2009. The new DR systems will be presented in context of the broader Agfa DR portfolio. Reflecting growing concerns about patient exposure to radiation, Agfa will emphasize its low-dose DR products for pediatrics and neonatal applications. Others slated to receive attention will be its mammography product and low-cost modular approaches for transitioning from analog to digital x-ray. Imaging informatics, including technologies for consolidating IT across enterprises, will also be on display.
