Top Kodak managers unveiled a new growth strategy to industry analysts during a meeting Sept. 25 in New York City. Health Imaging will play a key role in this strategy as one of three growth markets. (The other two address consumer and commercial markets.) Health Imaging president Dan Kerpelman said growth opportunities for Kodak's digital products portfolio would be met by rolling out new platforms for computed radiography, digital radiography, and PACS. Corporate acquisitions completed with the goal of forwarding this strategy include Front Porch Digital, PracticeWorks, and MiraMedica.
