Konica signs long-term pact

Konica Medical Imaging of Wayne, NJ, and 4U Doctor have signed a five-year sole source agreement to sell medical x-ray film and equipment to the orthopedic and podiatric marketplace. 4U Doctor, headquartered in Hartford, CT, is a Web-based group purchasing organization that offers supply solutions to the medical profession. Its national sales force specializes in the orthopedics and podiatry marketplace.
