In his new role, Nemetz is responsible for the overall strategic direction and success of the service organization. He will direct the development and implementation of short- and long-range business plans for service, as well as plan and direct its operations. Nemetz, a 13-year veteran with Marconi, has served as the company’s area service manager, customer support manager, zone sales manager, zone service manager, and vice president North America field service.
