PhilWeb-MDvista will also serve as a referral mechanism for patients in the Philippines and Asia to U.S. hospitals. Robert Ongpin, chairman of PhilWeb.com, and Dr. Antonio Chan, founder, chairman, and CEO of MDvista, will serve as co-chairs of the new company.
