Miars was vice presidentof domestic sales and marketing, a position to which he was promotedearlier this year in an executive restructuring of the companyby parent Trex Medical (SCAN 1/31/96). His departure was mutuallyagreed upon, according to Walter Schneider, Bennett's vice presidentand general manager.
