A new wholly owned subsidiary of Mobile PET Systems, Molecular Imaging Corp., has been formed. The new company will develop stationary PET centers through partnership agreements with healthcare entities. Molecular Imaging was created to take advantage of expanded reimbursement for PET indications and the subsequent increase in utilization.
