The software suite is designed to capture, cache, stream and integrate photographic images and medical videos throughout the enterprise. Some image documentation is not compatible with digital workflow or can’t be viewed across departments, company officials said. This solution, which streams MPEG video and uses existing DICOM standards, aims to integrate high resolution video and other images and complement existing PACS and EHR systems.
