PSS World Medical continues to follow a consistent trajectory of acquisitions. The company's Diagnostic Imaging subsidiary this month announced an agreement to purchase Tristar Imaging Systems of South Beloit, IL. The transaction is contingent on Tristar shareholder approval.
The Tristar deal continues a string of purchase agreements that Jacksonville, FL-based Diagnostic Imaging has been pursuing in the last year. When final, the deal with Tristar will give Diagnostic Imaging key access to midwestern states.
