• At least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a four-year course of study in an approved secondary school/passed an approved equivalency test, or graduated from a secondary school outside of Louisiana with comparable approval.
• Successful completion of a course of study in radiography.
• Successful completion of a licensing exam.
