Cleveland-based Picker has been integrating Applicare’s RadWorks software into its PACS since 1997 and plans to continue beta testing RadWorks 5.0 with such institutions as the University of Utah and the University of Wisconsin. Picker claims an installed base of nearly 500 Radworks licenses in the U.S. and other countries.

“The contract extension is further proof that we take our multichannel strategy seriously and that we’ll support Picker with product development for years to come,” said Ruud Kroon, Applicare CEO.
