Computerized Thermal Imaging has retained Los Angeles-based investment banking firm Ambient Capital Group to advise CTI on corporate strategy, including financing opportunities and strategic alliances. Ambient will help move the company through clinical trials to deployment of its breast imaging systems, according to CTI, of Ogden, UT.

In other company news, Thermal Medical Imaging, an 80% wholly owned subsidiary of CTI, has announced that the University of Southern California/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center will participate in clinical trials for the TMI breast imaging system. Another clinical trial is ongoing at Howard University in Washington, DC.
