With a view to taking advantage of the imaging business in Japan, China, and the Pacific Rim, E-Z-EM has appointed Michael Dellario managing director for Asia. Dellario will assume responsibility for the company’s subsidiary, Toho Kagaku Kenkyusho. He is charged with reorganizing Toho from a manufacturing-based organization to a sales and marketing group. Dellario began his career with AngioDynamics, a subsidiary of E-Z-EM, where he was director of marketing for various cardiology and interventional radiology product groups. In 1999, he joined E-Z-EM’s international operations department as sales and marketing director in Asia for both E-Z-EM and AngioDynamics.
