Emageon has signed a five-year deal to provide image archiving to Kaiser Permanente throughout the U.S. Kaiser has more than eight million members in 11 states and Washington, DC. When fully deployed, Emageon's Enterprise Archive Manager software will manage more than six million diagnostic studies per year at Kaiser's acute-care hospitals and clinics, representing one of the largest enterprise-class diagnostic image archives in the country.
