Imco Technologies buys software development firm

Imco Technologies (formerly Rogan Medical Systems) expects to expand its organization in software development, sales, marketing, and engineering and project management following the acquisition of Information Technology Products. ITP will contribute to Imco’s line of PACS and teleradiology products, particularly for small and medium-sized hospitals, imaging centers, and clinics, according to Mark Schwartz, president and CEO of Imco. The deal is also expected to move Imco into new medical and nonmedical markets and add an established distribution channel in territories currently unserved by Imco.
