Beth Klein has been tapped to lead the nuclear medicine and PET division of GE Medical Systems, replacing Sharon Banaszewski, who has been reassigned to a position overseeing the Milwaukee companys supplier relationships. Klein is a long-time GE executive who previously was general manager of CT sales and marketing in Europe. In her new role, Klein will oversee a GE nuclear medicine program that will be greatly expanded by the acquisition of Elscints nuclear medicine division (see story, page 1).
