Medical display sales and marketing firm U.S. Electronics introduced at the 2006 RSNA meeting two medical-grade high-luminance monochrome LCDs. The USEI/Totoku ME355i2 three-megapixel and ME253i2 two-megapixel monitors support CT, MR, and high-speed 3D image rendering. Both are equipped with software that allows verification of appropriate calibration locally and remotely over a network or the Internet.
