PACS vendor Cemax-Icon will standardize its workstations on Barco Display Systems medical display components as part of a new long-term agreement between the two companies. The multimillion-dollar contract calls for Cemax, a Kodak subsidiary based in Fremont, CA, to purchase a full range of Barco displays, graphics controllers, and calibration software. The deal extends an existing partnership between the two firms and is intended to enhance Cemaxs high-end imaging display technology and viewing software.
