Texas Health Resources has signed a multimillion-dollar agreement to extend the Misys radiology information system across inpatient and ambulatory settings. Texas Health Resources (THR), one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit healthcare delivery systems in the U.S., serving more than 5.4 million people in north central Texas, has been a Misys radiology customer since 1999. Currently installed in three THR acute care facilities, Misys' RIS will be deployed to nine additional hospitals and configured to serve 12 hospitals on a single database.
