The scanner is based on DEXA technology and received 510(k) clearance this year, with the Madison, WI, company starting the first production shipments in September.
In MRI, Lunar will show a new version of the Artoscan niche MRI scanner it sells through an agreement with Esaote Biomedica of Italy. Artoscan M is a more compact offering that integrates the system's magnet, electronics, and operator console into a single package.
