Mobile imaging services provider SMT Health Services of Pittsburgh has agreed to be acquired by an investment group for $100 million in cash and assumption of debt. Three Rivers Acquisition, an affiliate of Apollo Management, will acquire all of SMT's outstanding shares for $11.75 a share. SMT said Three Rivers intends to keep the company's senior management, including chairman, president, and CEO Jeff Bergman. SMT declined to comment further on the acquisition.
